Customers who have ordered via a licensed dealer or on site / by telephone and therefore do not have a web shop account must be assigned manually by our service staff:
1) Create a customer account on our website: https://www.carplounge.de/account (or carplounge.co.uk/account for UK customers)
2) To prepare the manual activation process, install the latest V4 APP version from the Playstore and log in once with your customer account (email address and password)
3) Then write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Upgrade activation" and the following information:
-Email address of your web shop customer account
-Information about where the premium upgrade was purchased (dealer, by phone, on-site, trade fair ...)
-a photo or screenshot of your invoice or order confirmation in which the premium upgrade was purchased
4) As soon as our team has received this email with all of the above data, your purchased upgrade will be manually assigned to your customer account the next working day and you will receive a confirmation email.
5) You can now log into the Community Portal with your customer account and your premium upgrade will be installed and activated immediately.
